About the Role

Logitech is where you’ll find purpose, freedom, and impact. As part of our Hardware Audio DSP & ML team, you’ll develop and implement real-time embedded audio ML solutions that redefine what customers hear and feel.

We’re looking for a seasoned technical leader with deep knowledge of TinyML, embedded systems, and audio signal processing to deliver game-changing performance on constrained hardware platforms.

Your Contributions

• Develop neural network inference solutions on resource-constrained embedded platforms (Tensilica DSP, ARM, RISC-V)
• Optimize real-time audio ML algorithms to perform in noisy and variable environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to ensure seamless audio experiences
• Lead and guide ML engineers toward successful integration of ML models into hardware products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in audio DSP and machine learning
• Leadership experience managing or mentoring technical ML teams
• Strong expertise in TinyML / Embedded ML; experience deploying models (TFLM, ONNX) to edge devices
• Skilled in quantization techniques (post-training, quantization-aware training, mixed precision)
• Proficient in C and Python
• Familiarity with how NN operators run on DSPs, NPUs, and other hardware accelerators
• Deep understanding of deep learning for audio, including:
  • Speech enhancement
  • Noise suppression
  • Voice pickup

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Linux, Docker
• Familiarity with CMSIS-NN, HiFi NNLib
• Knowledge of audio measurement tools and evaluation metrics
• Experience taking products from concept to mass production
• Ability to detect subtle audio artifacts via critical listening
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in cross-functional settings
• Familiarity with version control systems
