About the Role
Join a global leader in sustainable innovation across industries like electronics, medical research, renewable energy, food production, and infrastructure. As a GenAI Enabler, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for teams adopting AI Brains, our internal GenAI chatbot platform.
You’ll play a vital role in enabling adoption, onboarding teams, solving technical challenges, and continuously improving the platform based on real user feedback. You’ll bridge the gap between non-technical users and advanced GenAI capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first-line contact for end-user questions about AI Brains
- Introduce platform features, onboard new users, and enable independent use
- Provide initial technical support and troubleshooting for adoption issues
- Perform technical tasks on behalf of non-technical bot owners
- Track and report frequently requested features and new use case ideas
- Collaborate with the Lighthouse team to evolve the product roadmap
- Stay up to date on GenAI advancements and contribute to R&D efforts
Required Skills
- Deep understanding of GenAI concepts and the data science lifecycle
- Experience with Azure AI services, APIs, and database integration
- Solid working knowledge of Python, LLMs, and cloud-based deployment
- Familiarity with platform adoption and stakeholder enablement
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Comfortable challenging governance to improve existing processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with AI Brains and MEAN stack applications
- Familiarity with digital signal processing (voice, video, images)
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum teams
