AI/ML Engineer (Python & Numpy) – Remote

About the Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to build intelligent, empathetic systems that power mood detection, emotional pattern analysis, and real-time personalization in a mental health-focused platform. You'll help design AI-powered features like an Emotional Insights Dashboard, track user sentiment, and ensure the models are performant and private by design.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ML models for mood detection and emotional trend analysis using TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Analyze user inputs (textual/interactive) to generate personalized emotional insights
- Collaborate on AI feature development, including emotional dashboards and pattern prediction algorithms
- Preprocess, clean, and analyze datasets to train/test models
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
- Integrate AI features with mobile/backend teams for seamless deployment
- Monitor and optimize model performance based on user feedback
- Continuously research and implement state-of-the-art AI techniques
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML development using TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Proficiency in Python and libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn
- Strong grasp of supervised and unsupervised learning methods
- Experience in feature engineering and model optimization
- Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) is a plus
