About the Role

As a Technical Solutions Consultant – Conversational AI, you’ll lead the design and deployment of virtual agents using Dialogflow and related technologies. You will work with enterprise clients, partners, and internal teams to scope, deliver, and optimize Conversational AI implementations that scale across industries and geographies.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy virtual agents using Dialogflow and other Google Conversational AI platforms
• Collaborate with technical leads, executives, and partners to deliver enterprise-grade voicebot and chatbot solutions
• Define architecture, manage deployments, and ensure adoption of Contact Center AI solutions
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, advocating for customer needs and providing feedback to influence product development
• Drive projects from concept to implementation, managing scope, risks, and delivery timelines
• Travel up to 30% for client engagements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Experience in computational linguistics or engineering
• Proven experience building chatbots or voicebots
• Experience working with customers, executives, and technical teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dialogflow and deploying chat/voice applications
• Experience with cloud-based Conversational AI solutions
• Understanding of NLP and conversational UX best practices
• Strong collaboration and leadership in AI/ML solution design
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
