Position Overview
As a Prompt Engineer, you’ll design, test, and optimize prompts that enhance AI model performance while managing the data pipelines behind them. This role blends creative language design with technical precision to ensure our AI agents understand and respond with human-like intelligence.
Your Impact
- Architect the way AI communicates with users
- Influence personality, behavior, and tone of AI systems
- Bridge the gap between language, technology, and user experience
Key Responsibilities
Prompt Crafting & Optimization
- Design prompts for various AI use cases
- Optimize prompts through iteration, feedback, and A/B testing
- Build a prompt strategy library and stay updated with best practices
Voice & Chat Agent Configuration
- Configure voice/chat agents tailored to client use cases
- Design intuitive conversation flows and implement guardrails
- Align agent personalities with brand and business objectives
Quality Assurance
- Own QA for AI agents across interaction types
- Build test scenarios and identify failure patterns
- Collaborate on fixes and performance tuning
Client Collaboration
- Work with client teams to translate needs into prompt strategies
- Present and iterate on prompt designs based on stakeholder input
- Document client-specific approaches for reuse and learning
Qualifications
Must-Haves
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Linguistics, Psychology, English, or related
- 0–2 years of experience (AI/NLP/content creation is a plus)
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs
- Basic understanding of how LLMs function
