About the Role
As an AI Developer at Worldline, you will help integrate advanced machine learning and LLM technologies into existing conversational AI platforms. You’ll prototype, develop, and optimize generative AI solutions using modern frameworks, while collaborating with engineers, designers, and product teams to bring high-impact features to life.
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models, particularly large language models (LLMs)
- Prototype and build modern AI applications using FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio
- Benchmark and evaluate AI performance using modern metrics and test strategies
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate AI features into existing products
- Contribute to clean, secure, and test-driven codebases
- Document AI design, testing, and implementation workflows
- Explore prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and multi-agent collaboration protocols
- Use vector databases like Pinecone or Weaviate for semantic search and context handling
- Stay updated on trends and ethics in generative AI technologies
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years in software development, ideally with AI/ML focus
- Strong skills in Python and AI development frameworks (FastAPI, Streamlit, Gradio)
- Proficient in Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot, Hibernate, MySQL
- Experience with CI/CD (Git, GitLab, Jenkins)
- Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and Agile practices
- Strong understanding of LLM architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and ethical AI
- Background in software engineering, computer science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills in English
Bonus Skills
- Experience with RAG systems and conversational AI solutions
- Understanding of responsible AI principles
- Working knowledge of autonomous agents and multi-agent AI frameworks
